Ⅲ. Order Processing and Delivery Timing

Payments completed before 6:00 pm (Australian Eastern Time) enter processing on the same day

Payments completed after this time begin processing on the next business day

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays move into processing on the following business day
Dispatch and transit

Dispatch generally occurs within 3 business days after processing

After dispatch: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled
